Terms
General website, account, and early-access terms, supplemented by each product’s own limitations.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
These Terms are between you and Solstera Labs LLC ("Solstera Labs," "we," "us," or "our") and apply to public use of the Solstera Labs website and early-access use of Solstera product surfaces, including Solstera Atlas™ and Space-Reveal, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If you or your business signs a separate order form, subscription agreement, pilot agreement, data processing agreement, or professional services agreement, that separate agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
Website and early-access information
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It does not create a customer relationship, service agreement, professional relationship, or guarantee that any product, integration, feature, price, launch date, or support level will be available.
Solstera Labs is developing product systems for AI-assisted operations, blueprint walkthroughs, communication workflows, attorney-supervised legal workflows, market research, and metadata-first account operations. Product scope may change as the business develops.
Pre-release and beta access
Early-access and beta products may be incomplete, experimental, inaccurate, unavailable, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may change without notice. Data may be lost, corrupted, delayed, or unavailable despite reasonable operational care. Do not rely on any beta product as the only source of a business-critical, construction-critical, legal, safety, compliance, or records-retention workflow.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not share account access, review links, invite links, or reset links with anyone who should not have access to the underlying project or business information.
Solstera Labs may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, threatens service security, violates these Terms, or creates legal or operational risk.
Your content
You retain ownership of the drawings, plans, project information, material images, notes, and other content you upload or create. You grant Solstera Labs a limited permission to host, process, display, copy, transmit, back up, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and use content in the service. Do not upload confidential third-party information, legal client data, regulated personal information, payment data, or other highly sensitive data unless a separate written agreement specifically covers that use.
You are solely responsible for reviewing your uploaded content and outputs before sharing them with clients, contractors, customers, designers, architects, engineers, attorneys, or other third parties. Solstera Labs is not responsible for claims arising from content you upload, instructions you give, links you share, or decisions you make from product output.
Space-Reveal boundaries
Space-Reveal is a design review and decision-support tool. It is intended to help users understand spatial relationships, likely clearances, finish options, and walkthrough experience. It is not a substitute for architect, engineer, contractor, designer, code, permitting, or field verification.
Blueprint extraction, modeled dimensions, clearances, review warnings, generated geometry, screenshots, and reports must be verified against source drawings, field measurements, applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and qualified professional judgment before construction, purchase, installation, or permitting decisions are made.
Uploaded PDFs may contain incomplete, unclear, inaccurate, or non-scaled information. The service may ask users to confirm scale, ceiling height, room dimensions, openings, or other uncertain geometry. A model should not be treated as decision-grade unless the relevant dimensions and assumptions have been confirmed.
Do not use Space-Reveal for structural engineering, life-safety analysis, accessibility compliance, code compliance, permitting, load calculations, fire egress, utility placement, demolition planning, field installation, or any safety-critical decision. All such matters require qualified professional review and field verification.
Review links and invited users
Quest and browser review links may expose a sanitized, read-only version of a project to anyone who has a valid link or invite token. You are responsible for sending review links only to intended recipients and revoking links when they should no longer be used.
Anyone using a headset is responsible for following device safety guidance, maintaining a safe physical environment, staying within the headset boundary, and stopping use if they experience discomfort, disorientation, or unsafe surroundings. Solstera Labs is not responsible for physical movement, site conditions, headset setup, or the user's surrounding environment.
Trusted Entry access
Trusted Entry is not yet offered for public purchase. Selected users may receive controlled early access while public distribution remains off. If paid plans launch, the price, trial terms if any, renewal period, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Checkout, recurring billing, and billing management will be handled through Zoho; Solstera Labs will not store your card or bank account details.
Trusted Entry is metadata-only as described on the product page. It is not a password vault, and you must not use it to store passwords, passkeys, cookies, TOTP seeds, recovery codes, session tokens, or other raw secrets, unless a future approved product phase explicitly adds a real secret-vault boundary.
Solstera Atlas™
SOLSTERA ATLAS™ is the AI assistant platform provided by Solstera Labs LLC. Atlas is offered only through controlled access while public distribution remains off. If paid access opens, Atlas checkout, recurring subscription billing, invoices, and payment-method management will be handled through Zoho and will identify the purchased service as Solstera Atlas. Solstera Labs will not store raw card or bank account details.
You may connect only AI-model, productivity, communication, or other provider accounts that you own or are authorized to use. You remain responsible for provider terms, provider charges, the content you submit, the permissions you grant, and the actions you authorize. Atlas hosting does not include or resell your AI-model usage unless a future written order expressly says otherwise.
AI-generated plans, drafts, summaries, code, analysis, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable. You must review outputs and supporting evidence before relying on them. External sends, payments, filings, calendar changes, and provider writes are default-off or held for authorized review, but you remain responsible for actions you enable or release.
Tenant isolation, credential custody, guardrails, backups, and append-only audit mechanisms reduce risk but cannot guarantee perfect security, availability, provider performance, or recovery. Atlas is not a substitute for professional judgment, required approvals, independent records, or legally required supervision.
Solstera Inbox One
Solstera Inbox One is offered as an early-access (beta) service under the "Pre-release and beta access" section above, plus the following:
- Connected accounts. You may link only accounts you own or are authorized to connect. Linking an account authorizes Inbox One to access it with the permissions shown on the provider's consent screen and described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings or revoke access from the provider's security page.
- Your instructions, your sends. Emails, chat messages, and calendar events created through Inbox One are sent from your connected account at your direction. You are responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before sending it and for what you send, just as if you had sent it from the provider's own app.
- AI output. Summaries, drafts, and suggestions are machine-generated assistance. They may be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional, legal, or contractual statements by Solstera Labs.
- Provider terms. Your use of connected Google, Microsoft, and Slack accounts remains governed by those providers' own terms; Inbox One's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
- Acceptable use (additional). Do not use Inbox One to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, to evade a provider's sending limits or policies, or to access mailboxes you are not authorized to access.
- Service limits. Inbox One enforces per-workspace rate and AI-usage limits to protect providers and the service; we may adjust limits during beta.
- Fees. Inbox One beta access is currently provided without charge. If paid plans launch, pricing and billing terms will be presented at purchase and recurring billing will be handled through Zoho.
Other product lanes
Solstera ProbatePath™ is a product lane in development. The website should not be read as a promise of autonomous customer-facing actions, full CRM replacement, phone agents, social inbox coverage, enterprise compliance guarantees, legal advice, attorney-client representation, or secret-vault storage unless those items are explicitly included in a signed agreement.
Solstera ProbatePath™ workflows must remain attorney-supervised and are not a consumer legal bot or substitute for attorney review.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or products to violate law, infringe rights, upload malware, attack or probe systems, bypass access controls, overload the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, scrape at scale, misrepresent output as professionally verified when it is not, or use review links to expose information to unauthorized people.
Third-party services and materials
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email, domain/DNS, storage, security, product image lookup, and related operations. Third-party product images, manufacturer references, and external links may be subject to their own terms, licenses, availability, and accuracy limits.
Intellectual property
The Solstera Labs name, logo, website content, designs, and related materials are owned by Solstera Labs LLC or its licensors. Atlas™ and Solstera Atlas™ identify the artificial-intelligence software platform provided by Solstera Labs LLC. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solstera Labs, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, your projects, your instructions, your review links, your use or misuse of the website or products, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement or misappropriation of third-party rights, or any construction, design, purchase, installation, customer, or professional decision made from unverified product output.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the website and early-access products are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, professional accuracy, construction readiness, or suitability for any particular project.
To the extent permitted by law, Solstera Labs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, construction costs, design costs, rework, purchase decisions, installation decisions, code or permit issues, customer disputes, professional liability, physical injury, property damage, or decisions made in reliance on unverified outputs.
To the extent permitted by law, Solstera Labs' total liability for all claims relating to the website or early-access products will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to Solstera Labs for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Security, backups, and availability
Solstera Labs uses technical and operational safeguards designed for the current product stage, but no service can guarantee perfect security, uninterrupted availability, or permanent data preservation. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of source drawings, project files, contracts, professional work product, and records you are legally or operationally required to keep.
Force majeure
Solstera Labs is not responsible for delays, failures, data unavailability, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, provider outages, security incidents, natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental actions, payment processor issues, DNS or certificate problems, or third-party service failures.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms as the products and business mature. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or early-access products. You may stop using the service at any time, and Space-Reveal account deletion controls may remove server-side saved projects and related account data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
